Return Policy

• You can request to return the purchased product within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• To apply for a refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

Correct Product:

It is important that the product, brand, article number, and barcode match. The MRP tag should not be detached or damaged.

Complete Product:

If the product includes an add-on or comes in a combo, all the products should be returned.

Unused Product:

The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.

Undamaged Product:

Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.

Tag for MRP:

The labels should be attached to the product and not damaged.

• The use of any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be initiated only after receiving the product and completing a quality check.
• The refund procedure will not be initiated if the product fails in the quality check.
• When a customer sends the product using a courier service, a maximum of INR 100 will be refunded.
• We do not accept returns from masks to maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards.
